We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


4. Packaging Responsibility

The sender is responsible for proper packaging of parcels to prevent damage during transit.

Box Parcel Services is not responsible for damage caused due to improper packaging.


5. Charges & Payments

Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight, size, distance, and service type.

Prices may change without prior notice. Final charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.


6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before parcel pickup.

If cancellation is requested after dispatch, charges may apply.
